Mango Peach Chutney

invented by ME!

INGREDIENTS
100 g dried peaches, finely diced
150 g mango pulp
5 g fresh ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1/2 c white wine vinegar
30 g honey
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
half an 1/8 tsp cinnamon
half an 1/8 tsp cayenne

METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower heat and simmer until thickened and tasty.

Needed more honey added after a bit.
